What are bound resin driveways?

With a bound resin driveway, aggregates are mixed with a clear resin.  These can be natural materials like marble or recycled materials.  The clear resin means that every single bit of the material is covered, and the mixture can then be laid onto a base, creating a smooth and permeable finish.  It can be from 12mm to 24mm deep, depending on the type of aggregate used. 

Once the bound resin driveway is in place, it has a smooth finish with no stones able to become loose or move around.  It is long lasting and can use a mixture of different aggregates to create the look you want on a driveway, car park or other groundwork area.

Stunning finish

A bound resin driveway creates a stunning finish for your driveway but it also very practical.  Because the stones are encased in the resin, it has a smoother finish than bonded resin, where the stones are laid into a resin film.
